Challenge
News UK is a diverse organisation, split between different titles and different functions – especially the divide between editorial and commercial.
Providing actionable data and insights to these diverse teams and functions is the daily challenge of the Strategic Insights team. As well as ensuring that relevant information is shared across the organisation, the team also needs to elevate the value that their data and insights can make within the decision-making process both internally and among the advertising community.

Solution
We work with the News UK Insights team to manage and produce their fortnightly Audience Voice newsletter that is sent across the business, with articles tailored further for their commercial audience.
We helped conceive, design and advise on the distribution of the newsletter, as well as producing the articles and graphics content.
Recently, we have expanded our work to include Data Education of the News UK team through the delivery of an interactive pdf.
Results
With an impressive half of recipients reading every edition and over a third reading the entire edition, Audience Voice has been incredibly well received. Survey results showed that 36% shared the newsletter with clients, colleagues and their wider team.
