Work as part of the IFS team to deliver their E2E customer journey map and go live process.
Our approach
We held a one day workshop to develop their Buying Journey Map. This involved assessing their business priorities, target audiences, channel touchpoints and internal structures. Building off our template Buyer Journey Map, a bespoke map was designed for IFS that reflects every step of their buyer’s journey.
The results
Cross-functional buy-in to the new map which universally met all the needs of the various marketing, communications and content teams within IFS. The map was the building block for the Content Journey Mapping process.
